The 769 Cultural and Creative Park is located at No. 35, Xinji Xiangyuan Street, Nancheng District. It is close to the central business core area of Dongguan and the largest cultural and creative industrial park near the junction of Dongguan Double Light Rail. Covering an area of about 40,000 square meters, the building area is about 52,000 square meters.
