Zhongtian·Wanke Happiness City Project is a high-end project jointly created by Zhongtian Group and Vanke. It is located in the North Zone of Dongcheng District, Dongguan City. The total land area of the project is about 51,000 m2. The total construction area is 83,000 m2; it is mainly composed of small high-rise residential buildings, combined with a small number of high-rise residential buildings, and the original supporting commercial, community, activity center and kindergartens are newly built urban residential residential quarters. The project is adjacent to Huancheng East Road to the east, Guantai Road to the north, and Yinzhu Street to the west. The transportation is convenient; the north side is the completed Dongcheng Middle School, which has excellent educational resources. The project landscape axis is connected in series with the semi-enclosed neighborhood space, which provides a more intimate space for the community, and is a place for daily interaction, leisure for the elderly, and children to play. Greening is more about intimacy and humanity. Designed with “natural” as a clue to create a modernist landscaped courtyard in a flowing space.
