769 Wenchuang Garden is located in Xinji Xiangyuan Street, Nancheng District, close to the central business district of Dongguan. It covers an area of about 32,000 square meters and a building area of about 52,000 square meters. The predecessor was built in 1991, with an annual output of more than 10 million pairs, the largest Taiwan-owned shoe factory in Nancheng District. In 2013, Creative Valley began to transform the abandoned production workshop, which will turn the abandoned industrial park into the LOFT creative industrial park. It creates a creative space that is both fashionable and infinitely inspiring to the creators, enabling it to bear witness to the imprint of urban development and to exude the glorious glory of the city's history and culture.
Creative Valley will creatively transform the old factory into a LOFT creative industrial park according to the architectural characteristics of the plant and the relevant policy guidelines of the Nancheng District Government on the cultural and creative industries. Through the transformation of the old factory into a creative industry studio, various types of ideas will be introduced.
